When I was doing this - Eliminating font cache problems | Glyphs - to avoid font Cache, I got a error -5 000 when I was saving the script. I’m running OS X El Capitan. Any way to solve it?

Does it say it could not be saved?
That is not a problem of the script per se, but of where you are saving the script file. Do you have write permissions for the folder you are saving it in?
