The version string in my Glyphs file is 2.001, when exporting the font and checking the ttx file, the font revision value is 2.00099. Similar issues with an italic angle set at -11 in Glyphs.

those values are stored in a particular floating point format that has limited precision: Demystifying Floating Point Precision « The blog at the bottom of the sea
When reading the values to do display it to the user, it should round to an expected precision (the italic angle to 3 or 4 fractional digits. That would result in a nice “11”.

you can’t do much about this if that would need to be implemented in the tools you are using to check the fonts.
