FontStruct Glyphs Export

Hi,
Rob from FontStruct here.
Recently I’ve noticed this dialog appearing when opening .glyphs files exported from FontStruct.

To get a working font in GlyphsApp I have to check all and then “keep selected”.
Maybe I can update the export code to avoid this – any suggestions or doc for that?

PS: In the text at the top “… an older version …” and “you would like”

You need to add one line to the file

disablesAutomaticAlignment = 1;

just before the familyName.
