Hello- It looks like the EULA posted on EULA | Glyphs applies to the Glyphs software installations/distribution rights/warranty rather than the ownership rights of the fonts created by the software. Is there a full EULA document available that states that any font created using Glyphs 3 is owned by the creator of the font and can be used for commercial use? We are working on a font project for a large company and I know their legal department will want something in writing.
Glyphs has nothing to say about the EULA you decide to use in your produced font file. You need to write/find your own.
Thanks for confirming.
We have had a new EULA in the works for a while. I just got around to upload it now. It now states explicitly:
ยง 10.4.1: Intellectual properties gained by the licensee through the usage of the software are exempt.
