Generate features automatically (lnum, pnum, tnum, onum)

Hi forum. There may be some conflict with the automatically features?
For me it stopped working correctly the following features on InDesign
and Illustrator:

—LNUM
before:
sub zero by zero.lf;
now:
sub zero.osf by zero.lf;

— PNUM
before:
sub zero.tf by zero.lf;
sub zero.tosf by zero;
now:
sub zero by zero.lf;
sub zero.tosf by zero.osf;

— TNUM
before:
sub zero.lf by zero.tf;
sub zero by zero.tosf;
now:
sub zero.lf by zero;
sub zero.osf by zero.tosf;
sub zero by zero.tf;

—ONUM
before:
sub zero.lf by zero;
sub zero.tf by zero.tosf;
sub zero by zero.osf;
now:
sub zero by zero.tosf;
sub zero.lf by zero.osf;

Thanks in advance! :wink:

That (also) depends on the shape of your default figures. Glyphs needs to do some heuristics (measurements) to find out what kind of figures you have in the unsuffixed defaults, unless it is clear from the suffixes what kind the default figures are.

I see that next to the defaults, you have all four .tf, .tosf, .lf and .osf suffixes. Is one of them the same as the unsuffixed default? If so, delete it and update the features.

Great. In this specific case the default figures are «uppercase», so I have some doubt, why they stop working? I suppose tabular figures should not stop working. I will review again. Thanks for the help @mekkablue

Default same as .lf you mean?

Yes @mekkablue same as .lf, sorry for the late response.

Try this: Disable or delete your .lf glyphs and update features.
