Using Version 2.6.5 (1306)
I run “Instance as Mater” on Bold and get this result where the width is not a whole integer, despite all the points being whole integers…

If I do “Instance as Master” in the Instance tab, it still generates with fractional co-ordinates, anyway to add a custom filter to round them?
Never mind I found the Round Coordinates filter
you can do Path > Round coordinates form the Font View.
