Give all points two BCP's and convert all corner points into curve points

Hi everybody, I hope someone can help me.
What would be an easy way to give all points (that don’t have them yet) 2 BCP’s, and convert all corner points into curve points? I mean, not point for point, but all ‘in one click’.
I drew a font by hand and although I like the tracing, there are still too many ugly parts I would like to soften up.
Perhaps somebody wrote a script for this, or could help me do this. Thanks!!!
