Glyphs 2 - Primitive tools not responding to mouse

Circle tool in G2 Version 2.6.5 (1340) is not working as expected:
Using a 100x100 grid, circles can’t be made smaller, as in GIF below:

A regression? I remember reporting something similar a couple weeks ago

EDIT: Square tool also presents this.
