I run Glyphs 3 (3.1.2 (3151)) on a 2020 Mac Book Air with the Apple M1 chipset, and 8 Go of RAM. The OS is Monterey 12.4.
Glyphs sometimes uses up to 12 Go of memory, mostly when exporting fonts. One file only opened, 6/8 masters, nothing crazy, and just a couple of tabs.
When it does, I have warning from the system saying the app should be closed because there is no more memory available.
Please update to the latest version. There were several memory issues fixed since 3.1.2.
