I just bought Glyphs3 and it keeps crashing. I am working on MACOS 11.6.8 big sur. I keep trying to reload it and that doesnt work either. What can I do? Can I get a refund? How can I recover my work?

Do you have any plugins installed?
Did you send crash reports? If not, can you post one here (from the crash reporter dialog that come up after the crash > show details)
