Glyphs crashes everytime a video is playing

Hello,

I have the latest version of Glyphs, with no plugins, and I’m running it on my Macbook Pro operating on an M1 Max chip.

Every time I try to play a video in another window (for example, a youtube tutorial via any browser, or a video via Apple TV) then click back to Glyphs my whole screen starts flashing very quickly, my mouse dissappears, and everything on my screen freezes.

Has anyone else run into this issue before?

Never seen this.

I run macOS 12.1 on an M1 macBook pro. I have steam and YouTube running all day long without any trouble.

Solved!

Turns out all I had to do was update my macOS from Monterey to Ventura and it resolved itself.
