Hi, today my Glyphs won’t open, when I click on the icon it jumps one time and immediately stops. I tried also to click holding control+shift but it doesn’t work. I tried to disinstall and reinstall the app but it doesn’t work, can you help me?
I recently update my mac with Sonoma 14.4.1

And to prevent plugins, hold down Option+Shift.

If it doesn’t say ‘3.3 (3305)’, try the latest beta please. Go to Glyphs > Settings > Updates, activate both checkboxes and press the Update button.
Thank you but I can’t do this because I can’t open the app. I can’t see the “glyphs” button on top, even if i click the icon to open the app it remains the “finder” button.
Is this the number that you find when right-clicking on Glyphs 3.app > Show Info?
If I right-click on the icon I don’t have “show info”. In the app information panel it say 3.2.3

Replace the app in your Applications folder with this one. If it still crashes at startup, try the steps in the Crashes tutorial.
Thank you Rainer, also this version crashed at the startup. I visited the crashes tutorial page and I fixed the problem by deleting the preferences, now the app works. Thank you!
