It just crashed on me and won’t open. Tried everything. I want to reinstall but can’t even remember if i have a serial from when i purchased as i can’t find an email with the relevant info.

Can you hold down the Option + Shift key when you start the app?
If that doesn’t help, try to find the file you had open in Finder. There is most likely a “(autosave).glyphs” file next to it. Move that file somewhere else (or compress it into a .zip and delete the .glyphs(package) file.
Hey Georg, i just get a window saying it crashed with the option to reopen, report, ignore.
if i do reopen it keeps looping the message. i found my original purchase email, but the link to the key is no longer there??

Problem Solved. I downloaded a new version to install and works good again. :))
Are you using some kind of maintenance or optimization tool? Cleaner, antivirus, hard disk tool…?
Nope. The only way round the issue was to re-install.
What version did you have before and after the re-install?
