All the sudden glyphs 3 (newest version) crashed. I’m not able to reopen it. It works only with Option+Shift. So it seems to be a problem with the PlugIns? In the PlugIn Manager aren’t any PlugIns listed to uninstall though. I know i installed the Lettrink PlugIn. In the Library/Application Folder is no Glyphs folder as well to delete. How should i proceed?

There should be a Glyphs folder. Try the following: Copy this line:
~/Library/Application Support/Glyphs 3
Then, go to Finder and from the menu choose Go To → Go To Folder, paste the line from above, and press Return. Finder should now show the Glyphs folder.
