GPOS MarkToMarkAttachment Subtable Overflow error when exporting font

I’m currently getting the following error when trying to export my font.

Problem compiling “GPOS” table
Subtable Overflow in lookup: 26 type: MarkToMarkAttachment

Does anyone have any idea how I could possibly fix this?

That usually means that you have too much positioning in your font. Did you add a Use Extension Kerning custom parameter? That might help. If not, can you send me the file?

I have not used the parameter but I can try.
