Does anybody have a plugin, or solution, to convert a .GSF file into a file format Glyphs can open?
I’ve tried about every online service, but nothing works.
Hopefully somebody can help me out. Thanks in advance.

What are .GSF files?
Haha, okay that says enough. ![]()
If I understand it correctly it should be something like a “Ghost Font”-thingy. I got this file from a client, that still has 1995 software running on a virtual machine. In there, these font files are used.
I had another look. Those are GhostScript fonts. It is mostly a .pfa with some ghostscript wrapper. You might be able to remove that wrapper manually (in a text editor) and make a .pfa that Glyphs can open.
I have absolutely no idea how that works. This makes totally no sense to me. Perhaps I’ll find someone that understands this. Or I have to find another way for my client to send me that font file.
Thanks anyway
That is not what the internet said how it should look. Can you send me the file?
It’s in the mail. Thanks in advance ![]()
I had a look. I can’t do much about this right now. Sorry.
I understand. No problem. The font format is too old…
Thanks for trying. ![]()
