I updated to the last cutting edge version this morning.
When you try to move a guideline (global & local) with the arrows, after selecting it, it goes back to it’s horizontal position. Before I had it on 78°.
Fixed in the upcoming version.
Temporary workaround until the next beta is out: use mouse only for guides.
