[Gujarati] Incorrect production names in 'GlyphData.xml'

Hello!

The second Unicode value in the production names for half-forms have the following:
production="uni0A9B0A83"

u+0A83 is GUJARATI SIGN VISARGA

When it should be:
```production=“uni0A9B0ACD”`

u+0ACD is GUJARATI SIGN VIRAMA
