A few fonts I’ve made and exported from Glyphs don’t work well in Adobe apps, I’m assuming I’m missing something in the naming info or export that is messing them up.
If the font is already selected and I type something else after it, it defaults to Myriad I have to keep reselecting my font.

Thanks Georg! No, I’ve been downloading and installing in Fontbook manually.
I’m sharing the file with other people so it needs to work that way too.
Please use the Adobe Fonts folder. Otherwise you get those, or even worse problems.
I’ve never had to do this with any other font file (that I haven’t made myself). Why is it not possible to import in the usual way?
For testing in Adobe apps, the fonts folder is the much easier and quicker option. Try it and you won’t go back.
