Horizontal clipping in wide glyphs

Working on some hanzi glyphs with ultra wide width variations. After exporting the variable font for typesetting in Illustrator, some clipping happens on very wide glyphs.

I’m guessing this might be an issue of Illustrator :frowning:

We had a thread about that (can’t find it right now). It has to do with the max width of all glyphs in the default master. Add a glyph that is very wide in the default master.
