I am dealing with an “Export Result: An unknown error has occurred” problem that started last year. Now I cannot export any fonts and nothing I can do fixes the problem anymore. I assume that there must be some corrupted setting somewhere that’s causing this because nobody else seems to be having this problem. I tried deleting Glyphs 3, ~/Library/Application\ Support/com.GeorgSeifert.Glyphs3, and ~/Library/Application\ Support/Glyphs 3, emptying the recycle bin, rebooting, and reinstalling Glyphs 3 but there are still preferences hanging around in the OS somewhere. How do I completely remove Glyphs 3 and start with a clean install?
I fixed the problem by removing Glyphs with AppCleaner.
Does it give you a log of what it did? The list of cleanup you did manually was pretty good.
It displays a list of what is being deleted but I didn’t save a screen shot.
