Is this possible to make a doubled ligature combo? I would like to make T_T in different ligature styles?

What do you mean? You can make T_T_T, for instance.

I would like to make two types of T_T ligatures? Is that possible?

Sure. Name your ligature T_T.ss01. The feature code will be generated automatically (if you click “Update” in the Features panel).
