How i can move the all glyphs in 1 master to other masters in glyphs app?

If you want to keep the outlines instead of drawing them from scratch, duplicate the master from which you want to keep the outlines (and kerning pairs, etc.) instead of creating a new empty master.

Or use ‘Paste Special’ (hold down the option button in the Edit menu).
