How to add custom lines to CASE feature without disabling "generate feature automatically"?

is there a way to keep “generate feature automatically” for CASE (or other features) but add some extra lines to it?

That is not yet possible.

OK, as a quick fix, how about implementing this kind of solution ?

that means using the comments field like for feature naming.
