How to exclude VF in variable font naming?

If Family Name is New Font and in Exports the variable font Name is Variable the name of the file ends up being NewFont-VariableVF.ttf

How can I override the naming to prevent the addition of the hyphen - and VF so the end result is NewFontVariable.ttf?

You can add a “file name” parameter to the instance.

It’s fileName under the Custom Parameters.
