How to export from Fontlab 8 to Glyphs 3?

Need to export from Fontlab 8 to Glyphs 3. Is the process to do this the same or different from Fontlab 5 to Glyphs? (System info: Mac OS 12.6.1)

It’s easy, just export (cmd+E) from fontlab 8 and choose glyphs file
