I am hoping to make a DrawBot script that automatically exports my most recent version of a Glyphs file and creates a proof of it. How can I use the Glyphs API in DrawBot (or any other application)? I started following the instructions for writing plug-ins, but I’m not sure if that’s the right approach.
Install the DrawBot plugin from the Plugin Manager.
After that in File > New Drawbot, you will access Drawbot + Glyph API
The glyphs API is only available inside Glyphs. If you need it outside of Glyphs, you can try glyphsLib. But that might need some adjustment on your scrips and in glyphsLib.
