How to properly slant all glyphs at once?

i not an expert, so forgive me my simple question.

how can I slant (for example) minus 20 degree the whole font without loosing the proper fitting.

In fontlab I can use transformation >slant> zero point (checked) or (reference point) checked and everything seems to me ok.
in glyhps i have checked every corner in transformation menu, and still haven’t proper values of letter spacing after translation.

how should i do this?
