How to quickly move some anchors

I’ve changed my typeface x-height (making it a bit smaller) and now I need that all of my anchor positions to move down by 6 units in all my masters. Is there a way to quickly do that instead of going in each glyph and moving them one by one manually? I just want the anchors to move, not the diacritics themselves.

It sounds like a perfect task for a tiny script.

You might also find similar things in many of those widely available free scripts repositories out there.
