Impossible to Remove Overlap Issue

I am unable to remove the overlap in the perthousand glyph. The “Remove Overlap” function works when there is only one round shape, but I receive an error when there is more than one.

PS : It work on 3.1.2 (3151), but not with last cutting edge version

That was the same problem as the one with the “q”. The zero length segments where interfering.
