In Traditional Chinese, it is currently translated as “外掛程式管理員” (implying a person); I suggest changing it to “外掛管理器” to reflect that it is a tool. Similarly, in Simplified Chinese, it is referred to as “插件管理器” rather than “Plug-in Administrator.” This change is needed for both Glyphs 3 and 4.
