Info Box Behavior

One of the few things that bug me about Glyphs is the way the gray Info Box moves around as you work on different glyphs. I assume this is meant as a visual cue about where the active glyph is located. But I often wish it would stay put, like maybe centered in the bottom of the content area. I’m not ever confused about where the active glyph is, so it’s not helpful in that regard. But it does make Glyphs more difficult use at times, like when I’m making changes in the Info Box to many different glyphs. In general, I think UI targets that move around frequently are a bad idea (except for games). It fights with your muscle memory and adds to cognitive load.

I realize you may not be interested in changing this (although I would like it if you did). But, short of that, is there a way to change this behavior by changing a setting with a line of Python or something?

I would need to add some code to do that. I have a look.
