[internal] label not found export issue

Hello, VERY new to Glyphs and type design in general.

I’ve purchased a typeface (TT Hoves) and plan on using it for a branding project. However, I would like to make it a bit more proprietary and introduce some additional alt characters.

When I go to export, I get a message saying “[internal] label not found” and I’m not sure what to do. I looked through the forum and found another post about this same issue, but wasn’t exactly sure on the solution.

Any help would be greatly appreciated. Many thanks.

That is most likely caused by invalid feature code. Check Font Info > Features.

I do believe it’s a features issue, as Rainer mentioned in the other post about the same topic. Only problem is, I’m completely uneducated in the code, so I’m not entirely sure what to look for and how to fix it.

I attempted the method of clicking details and opening the generateFont.command file, and the only [FATAL] error is makeotfGlyphs [FATAL] [internal] label not found

So I’m not really sure what that means. :frowning:
