Is HT Letterspacer for latin script?
Can I use it for arabic script?
And is it support kerning group?

The original HT LetterSpacer is conceived as a script-ambivalent tool. I haven’t tested it on Arabic, but I don’t see why it shouldn’t work.

My adaptation from a few years ago (HT LetterSpacer Manager) doesn’t have per-script settings and is missing a paramOver implementation.

Kerning is not part of HT LetterSpacer.
