Is there a list view of all the sidebearings on each glyph?

Yesterday, I had a disaster working on a new font. Somehow, my spacing went haywire. It may have been involved with the Mekkablue plugin to increase sidebearings, but I am not sure. At any rate, I am trying to recover all my data. I have found a backup file, but lt is tedious to retrieve data from the views available. I would love it if there was a list view showing each glyph with both sidebearings in a tabular view.

List view shows the sidebearings in a table:

Otherwise, this might be a good opportunity for a script to copy the sidebearings from one font to another.

About recovering data:
I work with Dropbox to store my files and folders. There’s a very useful feature called Version History that allows you to restore previous versions of your files — it’s incredibly handy!

Thanks, Giuseppe! I use Apple Time Machine to do the same thing.

I attempt to accomplish this using the MCP server.
I’ll share the prompt here in case it can be helpful.

“List out in md table file each glyph with both sidebearings for the open font in Glyphs App. Add a reference if the reference is set like H for N”
