I’m halfway through writing my own glyph metrics, kerning info panel before I realised I maybe there’s a way to just move it? Is it possible?
You can disable its display altogether. What exactly do you mean by writing your own metrics?

I meant metrics info panel. Yes I can turn it off but then I have to toggle it on and off constantly. I just wanted it out of the way of the centre bottom, and place it either bottom left or right corner instead.
The use case is when I’m doing kerning: I have the preview panel set to an instance and I’m also looking at the last line of text in the text tab for the current master as I go through lines of kerning. I keep pressing down to cycle through, but the problem is the info panel is covering each new line. Instead I have to look at the second last line, it’s a bit messy:
I can get a better dedicated UX and UI with MetricsMachine but that’s a whole other process too to switch apps.
You mean that the info box is overlapping the active line? No need to move the info box. The automatic scrolling should be fixed in this case.

Just confirming, you will change how the active line sits in relation to the info box?
I already changed it.
