I saw this image in homepage, but it doesn’t say that it’s a plugin. And even after installing the plugin its UI doesn’t look like advertised and I couldn’t drag and drop anything there.
You find it in Edit > Kern Groups.
Opps, thanks! I searched for it in Window, Filters, View… Actually there is no info about this on the forum too (unless I am mistaking again), so probably a Learn more button after every new feature in homepage would be nice 
But yes, I agree that a bit more information on the main page would be very helpful.
