NO. Latin Kerning is LTR
The problem is that you applied kerning to the Latin letters and numbers in the RTL mode. So switch the edit view to RTL and go through the kerning panel and remove all kerning that include LTR glyphs. Select the Latin entry in the sidebar and then select all glyphs. Switch back to the Edit view (make sure it is still in RLT mode). Then click the looking glass icon in the Kerning panel and select “Selected in Font View”. Now only kerning pairs that include those letters should show up. Select them all and click the remove button. Do the same with the numbers.
