Good Afternoon,
I just acquired a license for our Graphic Design students, six seats in a computer lab that is available 24/7 to students. Our Mac Admin went through and installed and added the license into the application. I went to attempt to use the Application as a “standard user” and it didn’t seem to realize the application is licensed. Is there a special process I need to complete or have the administrator complete to get the license to apply to the Application and not the individual user accounts? They have these Mac’s configured to allow “AD” Authentication and all the user profiles are “Mobile”
