Lepcha Script woes

You can’t set the category in the list view, it has to be set in the GlyphData file.
But in the latest version it is already included in Glyphs. What version do you have?

Due to your excellent tutorial, I found the xml file and located the related entries. So, I just replace category=“Letter” with category=“Mark”?

Now, I wonder: Can’t ligatures have their own anchors?

I can add an anchor for auperscript nonspacing marks to a ligature in the edit window. the cloud shows up most promisingly. But then, in the font, the marks are not at the correct position (see screenshot of output).


Why don’t you use components in the ligatures. you need to reverse the order, then you get automatic alignment and the anchors from the base glyphs are used.
