A .glyphs WIP that used to work fine is suddenly exporting fonts with ligatures that don’t work in InDesign or Illustrator. I’ve made no changes to liga that I’m aware of. Activating liga within Glyphs sometimes works in the Edit window and sometimes does not.
There might to be some relation to calt, which I also haven’t changed. But if I activate both liga and calt in Glyphs, so that the ligatures and alts are displaying, and then close and reopen the file, the ligatures will no longer be displaying, even though liga is still active.
Any ideas on what might be causing this?
