Line Height Misaligment in Adobe Apps

Hi, guys! So, I’m having a bit of an issue in Adobe Illustrator. When I use the text box, my font height is misaligned and cutting off at the middle of the uppercase character. Just wondering if there is a fix for this. I believe it could be due to how Illustrator calculated line height, and since my lowercase characters are so much shorter than my uppercase, it could be causing that problem, but I thought I’d ask, just in case there is a fix. I’ve attached a screenshot of the issue below.

Note: This only happens when using a text box. If I just create text that’s not in a box, I don’t have this issue.

Yes, by default, it takes the height of your lowercase d as a reference. But you can change the setting. See the Layered Font tutorial for more details.
