Lower case as caps

You document how to update lower case keystrokes to correspond to caps so each has two unicodes. How do you do the reverse? I have a lower-case only font that I’d like to map to the caps as well. There are no caps in the font, but ‘update glyph info’ does not assign the caps unicodes to the existing lower case. Any ideas? Thanks

Rename them to capitals in Glyphs. The end result is the exact same.

I was hoping I wouldn’t have to do that manually – is there a way short of retyping each with a capital?
