The curve misses two extreme points. It is advisable to add extreme points in most places. Some rendering engines have problems otherwise.

Any tips for my web designer? I could go in and add points and regenerate the font, but it would be neater to fix the render.
The renderer of the browser cannot be controlled by the website, at least not in this regard. You will need to change the font or open an issue with the browser vendor directly.
The fonts on your website have very bumpy TrueType curves. How did you convert them to TrueType. Glyphs will do a much better job.
You might have different versions of the files on myFonts.
