After installing macOS Tahoe, I’m experiencing a very debilitating issue with the plugin manager. In the stable version of Glyphs 3.3.1, once the plugin manager is opened, the “Scripts” and “Modules” panels are completely inaccessible, impossible to click. After trying to install the 3.4 beta, however, the “Scripts” and “Modules” panels have completely disappeared from the plugin manager.
For me, this is a crucial feature. I’m asking for your help to resolve the issue without downgrading and resetting the entire OS.
Thanks in advance.
This is fixed in the latest cutting edge version.
Thanks for the quick reply!
How can I install this version? The most recent beta available in the app is 3.4, which continues to give me problems.
Nothing, I tried installing the specific beta versions from the appropriate links. Up to version 3.4 (3424) I still have the problem where I can actually see the “Scripts” and “Modules” entries in the Plugin Manager but can’t click on them. However, since version 3.4 (3425) the “Scripts” and “Modules” entries have disappeared from the Plugin Manager.
Can you try clicking anywhere within the Plugin Manager window so that the cursor is not blinking in the search field? That should work as a workaround for now.
It worked! Thank you so much.
I reverted the “fix” and tried a different route. Is fixed in the next update.
The update is up. Can you try if it works for you now?
The problem persists, now I can see the “Scripts” and “Modules” items but not click on them, for now I’ll reinstall version 3428. Thanks for the support.
Just uploaded version 3430. This should be properly fixed, now.
Perfect! The plugin manager now works (3430), thanks so much for the support.
