Make version string in welcome window selectable

It would be neat if I could copy the version string from the welcome window

similarly to how selection is supported by the about window

Maybe Glyphs could even inject the macOS version string and selected Python version when copying since they are often required together.

Glyphs 3.0.3 (3066), macOS 11.2.2, Python 3.9.1 (Glyphs)
Glyphs 3.0.0 (3001), macOS 10.13.1, Python 3.8.2 (Homebrew)
etc.

I made it selectable. Overwriting the copy pasting has to wait.
