It seems that is crashes when loading a plugin. So starting without them by pressing the Option and Shift key should get avoid the crash.
Then you can remove on plugin after the other and restart Glyphs to find the one that is causing the crash. Try the latest version. If it still crashes, I’ll have a look at The plugin to fix it.
