I have an in progress font that uses a lot of mark positioning with marks attaching to anchors on the base characters (not precomposed). I use Affinity for proofing; otf and variable files exported from Glyphs 4.0.1 (4004) render fine but anything exported from the current version 4.1.1 (4108) has the marks floating after the character like the mark positioning info isn’t there. Attaching a screenshot from Affinity comparing the two files. I also tested it in Pages, and the marks work as expected so it must be something Affinity is expecting that’s not in the file.
I can reproduce this. We’ll fix it.
