Master metrics all set to 0 after switching Glyphs format

The metrics transformations doesn’t seem to be working properly in Glyphs 3. So, I converted the file format from Glyphs 3 to Glyphs 2 so I could use the Transformations panel in Glyphs 2.

I then reconverted to Glyphs 3, and this happened when I re-opened the file:

Any ideas?

No ideas. Do you happen to have the file in a state before you did the switching? And the file that came out of Glyphs 2 would be good to have, too. This should help to find the problem.
