i made my own gujarati typeface in glyphs, put all the required anchors, but when i copy pasted a phrase from the internet and used my typeface on it, the matras dont align properly.
and my free trial also ends tomorrow!

Is this screenshot from within Glyphs? There the marks are not positioned. Export the font and text in a browser (https://fontgauntlet.com/) or https://fontgoggles.org/ .
no, the screenshot is from illustrator. i exported the typeface as a .ttf file and used it on the text and this is how its showing up
